A delegation of young journalists from Mongolian online media and a reporting team from Inner Mongolia Daily visited Guiyang's Guanshanhu district on June 6 to conduct field research on "China's Rural Modernization in Practice".
The visit focused on local achievements in industrial development, ecological conservation, and the integrated development of culture and tourism.
The delegation first visited the Shenque Tea Farm to learn about the development of the local tea industry and pathways for cultivating characteristic agricultural and forestry sectors.
They then traveled to Xiaolanshan Digital Cultural and Industrial Eco-Village, where they examined infrastructure planning, industrial layout, digital creative industries, and improvements in rural living environments, gaining insight into how the digital economy is empowering rural vitalization.
At Baihua Lake, the journalists took a boat tour of the scenic landscapes and observed the results of environmental upgrading and rural landscape improvements in the area. They later had lunch at Ayunduo Cang, where they experienced the district's emerging cultural tourism and leisure businesses, reflecting the integration of industry, urban development, and tourism.
In the afternoon, the group visited the Guizhou Geological Museum. Through mineral exhibits and expert explanations on karst landforms and ancient biological evolution, they gained a deeper understanding of Guizhou's unique geological heritage. The visitors noted that the trip offered a vivid experience of the district's natural beauty and cultural richness.
