The 2026 spring tea picking season opened at Shenque Tea Plantation in Guanshanhu district on April 3, alongside the launch of a series of strategic partnerships aimed at advancing the local tea industry.

The event brought together industry stakeholders for a comprehensive showcase combining industrial cooperation, technological innovation, cultural experiences, and eco-tourism. It highlighted the district's latest achievements in promoting the integration of tea culture, tourism, and digital transformation.

The opening ceremony blended traditional tea customs with modern technology, while cultural activities such as guzheng performances and tea-picking dances reflected the rich heritage of Chinese tea culture. The plantation also unveiled its 2026 spring tea products and outlined brand strengths and market strategies.

Seven major cooperation agreements were signed, spanning smart innovation, cultural tourism, research and study programs, tea master training, the low-altitude economy, tea production training, and tea-themed homestays.

The event also introduced the "Shenque AIES Enterprise Evolution System" and its AI-powered chief operations officer, "Shenxiaoque". Live demonstrations showcased applications in digital operations, plantation management, and brand promotion, underscoring efforts to modernize the traditional tea industry and position Guanshanhu as a model for smart tea development.
