Guanshanhu Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park begins operations

The southern park of the Guanshanhu Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang city, has recently entered full operation after completing its final construction inspection, marking a major step forward in advancing high-quality industrial development in the district.

Covering 223,000 square meters, the park houses 32 buildings for production, research, development, and supporting facilities. It is designed as a high-standard hub for electronics manufacturing, technological innovation, and semiconductor production.

The park's strong infrastructure and strategic location have quickly drawn market interest.

Of the 193,000 square meters available for lease, 23 companies — including Guiyang Langhuan Electromechanical Co and Guiyang Jinjuxing Industrial Co — have already signed agreements. Two more companies are now completing entry procedures, while seven companies are in active negotiations, signaling the early formation of an industrial cluster.

To retain talent and boost business vitality, the park has invested in a robust living environment. Employee dormitories, canteens, supermarkets, sports facilities, and 13 new energy vehicle charging stations are already in place.

Staff can also enjoy the newly launched "Guanguan Park Market", which offers coffee, snacks, and local cuisine such as grilled fish and traditional hotplate dishes — merging work and daily life effortlessly.

According to the operator, Guanshanhu Industrial Investment and Operation Co, the next step is to further streamline services and attract more upstream and downstream enterprises through targeted business outreach.
