Olympic Champion Wang Hao tours Guanshanhu

The 2025 "Li-Ning · Double Happiness Cup" China Table Tennis Association Member League Finals kicked off in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang city, on Nov 20.

Wang Hao, former Olympic men's table tennis champion and current head coach of China's men's national team, made a surprise appearance as a special guest at the opening ceremony and met with table tennis fans.

Wang also embarked on a tour of Guanshanhu. His first stop was Guanshanhu Park, where he learned about the district's ecological achievements and park development, praising the city's commitment to green development.

At Beijing Normal University Guiyang Affiliated School, he encouraged students to exercise regularly to build both physical strength and mental resilience. During friendly matches, he offered professional tips and shared national team-level insights, earning rounds of applause for his quick footwork and superb skills.

The final stop was the popular Ayundocang commercial area, where Wang tasted a specialty coffee and recommended it, saying its "superb flavor — smooth and soft from the first sip — was truly impressive."
