The First Tour of Guizhou Park Province Road Cycling Race kicked off on Oct 18, bringing a burst of energy to Southwest China's Guizhou province.
The six-day race, running from Oct 18 to 23, spans seven cities and prefectures across Guizhou.
The opening stage, stretching 154 kilometers from Guanshanhu district in Guiyang to the Huangguoshu Waterfall in Anshun, led cyclists from modern urban environments to one of China's most breathtaking natural wonders.

Riders raced across Caihong Bridge in Guanshanhu Park, their silhouettes mirrored in the shimmering lake waters and lush greenery – creating a stunning scene described by spectators as "cycling through a painting".
