Guiyang's Guanshanhu district received national recognition at the 2025 China High-Quality Building Economy Development Conference held on July 30 in Shenzhen.
Standing out among nearly 50 districts across the country, Guanshanhu was awarded the title of "2025 High-Quality Building Economy Development District" due to its outstanding achievements in optimizing the business environment, innovating building economy models, and attracting high-end industries.
Guanshanhu is currently home to 161 commercial buildings with a total office space of over 6.7 million square meters. More than 26,000 enterprises have settled in these buildings, with an overall occupancy rate exceeding 85 percent. Over the past three years, annual tax revenue from buildings has consistently surpassed 10 billion yuan ($1.39 billion), with 20 buildings generating over 100 million yuan each and 17 buildings featuring specialized industry clusters.
