Western industrial zone develops steadily
Centered around the cultural expo center, upgrades are underway at the "Memory in Hand" Museum and new cultural projects such as the Panjin Silver Workshop and Wang Kexin Art Pavilion. Infrastructure improvements are progressing in nearby villages, with 2,967 sq m of idle rural housing identified for future development.
Building and headquarters economy expands
The zone has attracted 12 major headquarters projects, with 13 more in discussion. A total of 161 premium office buildings now offer 6.75 million sq m of space and host 26,000 enterprises, including over 12,000 in productive services. The zone has cultivated 20 buildings generating over 100 million yuan in tax revenue and 81 generating over 10 million yuan. Fifteen buildings focus on industries such as architecture, media, tech, finance, and exhibitions. The Guanshanhu Building Economy Promotion Association was recently launched, reinforcing a "government-guided, market-driven" development model.
