In the early morning hours, the serene atmosphere of Guanshanhu Park in Guiyang's Guanshanhu district is filled with the lively calls of egrets. These elegant birds glide low over the lake, play in the water, and perch on tree branches, creating a vivid scene of harmony between humans and nature.
Known as the "green lung" of Guiyang, Guanshanhu Park spans over 5,500 mu (367 hectares), with 4,160 mu covered in lush forest. The park features an ecological wetland system centered around Guanshan Lake and Jinhua Lake, covering about 600 mu of water area.
This rich natural environment has attracted hundreds of birds, including white egrets, grey herons, and wild ducks.
