The Xiaolanshan Digital Culture Industry Ecological Village in Gaozhai village, Zhuchang town, Guanshanhu district, is emerging as a new landmark of digital culture in Southwest China.
Drawing on its natural landscapes and strategic location, the village adheres to a "digital + culture + ecology" model to create a dynamic hub for innovation.
The park is designed around "one belt and three zones": A lakeside leisure belt with homestays, restaurants, and cultural tourism spots; an industry cluster zone hosting film and TV investment, AIGC (AI-generated content), and digital audiovisual enterprises; a comprehensive service zone that supports villagers in developing local dining and lifestyle services; and an integration zone where tea production merges with tourism, film, and media.
More than 30 enterprises, including the China Digital Library, Chengdu Zhuoying Technology, and Guangzhou Aifey Culture, have already set up operations there, creating a vibrant industrial ecosystem.
As part of China's national digital countryside pilot program, Xiaolanshan is utilizing policy, funding, and talent to establish a digital cultural incubation center and build a new hub for entrepreneurship and creativity.
