Guanshanhu eco exhibition hall named youth education base

The Guanshanhu ecological civilization exhibition hall in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been named a provincial off-campus practice education base for young pioneers, becoming a new platform for teaching youth about the environment.

Launched in June 2023, it is Guizhou's first ecological civilization-themed exhibition hall and the first at the district level. With an indoor area of 1,200 square meters and outdoor area of 12,000 sq m outdoors, the hall uses visuals, multimedia, and interactive displays to promote the theme "modernization in harmony with nature".

As a demonstration site for the 2023 Eco Forum Global Guiyang and a model for low-carbon living, the hall has hosted numerous eco-education events, welcoming over 100,000 visits and inspiring young people to care for the environment.
