On Jan 4, Guanshanhu district in Guiyang held an experiential science event focusing on the low-altitude economy at the Ethnic Unity Square, drawing large crowds.
The two-day event was part of the second Guizhou Science City Innovation and "Four Cities" Collaboration Week, featuring over ten companies from Guiyang, Chengdu, and Shenzhen.

Highlights included static displays and six themed demonstrations, such as FPV drone shows, drone rescue drills, and underwater search-and-rescue operations, offering a vivid showcase of low-altitude technologies.

Visitors also explored the history of drone development and tried hands-on activities like piloting FPV drones, operating tracked robots, and riding in autonomous vehicles. The event especially sparked interest in aviation tech among young attendees.
Guanshanhu continues to build momentum in sci-tech innovation, with a fast-growing number of high-tech enterprises, increased R&D investment, and expanding innovation platforms – all laying a strong foundation for the growth of the low-altitude economy.
