The 5-kilometer route wound through the scenic greenways of Guanshanhu Park, offering runners a refreshing view of the area's natural beauty. The event opened with lively dragon and lion dances, setting a cheerful tone. Many participants joined the fun in costume – dressed as lions, egrets, and even the God of Wealth – turning the run into a festive cosplay parade.
Enthusiasm ran high, with many participants saying they take part every year as a way to stay active and enjoy quality family time. Adding to the celebration, a traditional culture fair featured hands-on experiences such as woodblock printing, paper-cutting, Spring Festival couplet writing, and more – blending fitness with the rich spirit of the Chinese New Year.
