The Guanshanhu branch of the Guizhou Heli Supermarket, located in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, reopened on Nov 15 after a 15-day renovation.
The upgrade included product structure, store layout, traffic planning, service quality, and employee benefits, all of which were designed to provide customers with a superior service experience.

According to the store manager, Meng Xianchong, the store adheres to the principle of "safety and health" when selecting its products. It focuses on renowned brands, distinctive items, and reliable quality goods.
The store has also introduced trendy product categories to meet a broader range of consumer needs. Unnecessary decorations and advertisements have been removed, and shelves are neatly arranged.

The store has adjusted its opening hours, operating from 9 am to 9 pm daily. It offers a more diverse range of products, improved services, and a comfortable shopping environment while ensuring employees are in high spirits.
The store has raised overall employee salaries, with the lowest take-home pay now exceeding 4,000 yuan ($552.19).
