Ele-Cloud Information Technology Co established its headquarters in Guanshanhu in December last year and introduced a digital tax platform. This platform was selected as a demonstration project for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 2023 big data industry development.

Xu Fenglei, the company's senior vice-president, stated, "Our services cover over 3,000 large companies and 300,000 smaller enterprises, accumulating rich experience in digital services. The company will continue expanding its big data application business to provide higher-quality services for the government and enterprises."

Guanshanhu has attracted renowned enterprises like Alibaba, 360, Tencent, and Konka, fostering the development of the digital industry. Last year, the district saw the addition of two big data enterprises with revenues exceeding 100 million yuan ($14.07 million). Internet and software services revenue reached 12.25 billion yuan, marking an 8.9 percent increase from the previous year.

In the information era, the level of digital development has become a crucial indicator of a region's modernization and comprehensive strength.

Shijicheng Community, a mega-community in Guiyang, faces challenges like high population density and governance difficulties. Guanshanhu has actively explored smart governance models, paving the way for a digitalized grassroots governance approach.

Significant achievements in smart social governance are evident in Guanshanhu. By focusing on digital transformation, the district has achieved network construction in 147 villages and communities, establishing a four-tier electronic government network covering cities, districts, towns, and villages.

By the end of last year, 3,314 5G base stations had been built, and telecommunication companies had laid 25,000 kilometers of optical cables in the district.

Guanshanhu will steadfastly promote the integration of digital industrialization, aiming to create a vibrant hub for the digital economy industry. Focusing on big data, artificial intelligence, 5G communication, and blockchain, the district is seizing opportunities and moving towards a new era driven by data and intelligence.
