Built by Guanshanhu's commercial logistics gathering service center, the flower and bird park focuses on family gardening and integrates functions such as the display and sale of ornamental flowers, logistics distribution, leisure tourism, cultural experiences, talent development, and garden health.

The park covers an area of about 17,000 square meters, including street-facing shops, greenhouses, and outdoor landscape areas, with a capacity for approximately 110 merchants.

The park's current merchants span various fields, including the wholesale and retail of flowers and plants, rental services, and undertaking landscaping projects, providing residents with more convenient and diverse floral products and services.

Every Wednesday and Saturday, the park also hosts a farmers' market offering a wide range of products, such as vegetables, fruits, poultry, meat, eggs, dried fruits, and nuts. Additionally, the park organizes activities like bonsai exhibitions and floral art exchanges.
