Guanshanhu's talent day yields fruitful results

The 2024 talent day series of events in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, were held from April 21 to May 31.

Over the course of more than a month, through a series of activities, exchanges, and talent initiatives, the district showcased its dedication to nurturing, attracting, and utilizing talent.

During the events, Guanshanhu took full advantage of the golden period of employment for university and college graduates. It organized 17 events, including training sessions, online livestreams, onsite recruitment presentations, and youth employment service activities to promote employment and entrepreneurship among graduates and enhance their employability.

A total of 5,236 positions were provided, with 1,960 individuals expressing preliminary employment intentions.

To broaden talent recruitment channels, Guanshanhu mobilized over 30 local companies to offer a total of more than 700 quality positions. The district conducted campus recruitment events at universities such as Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, Jiangsu University, and Harbin University of Commerce, inviting students to work in Guanshanhu.

Guanshanhu held events such as skills achievement exhibitions and lectures, providing a vibrant platform for experts and talent to showcase their abilities.
