Guanshanhu Modern Manufacturing Industrial Park wins provincial recognition

In March of this year, the Guanshanhu Modern Manufacturing Industrial Park was designated established as a provincial-level development zone and a key provincial development zone by the Guizhou province people's government.

The park, located in the southwest of Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, focuses on electronic information manufacturing and is also strong in eco-friendly specialty food processing, both of which have propelled the overall development and upgrading of Guanshanhu's industries.

Since construction on the park commenced in 2013, has successfully attracted renowned enterprises such as Geely Auto, Edunburgh Elevator, JD, and Suning Logistics, establishing a solid industrial foundation for the park.

By 2023, the park had 35 industrial enterprises above a designated size – those with annual output of 20 million yuan ($2.76 million) or more – with a total industrial output value of 12.4 billion yuan.

In addition to its notable industrial achievements, the park has introduced a series of policies covering aspects such as new-type industrialization, leading enterprise cultivation, market entity expansion, and digital transformation, providing guarantees for investors.

The park has also constructed approximately 3,000 sets of staff member dormitories, apartments, and resettlement houses, as well as new roads, water, electricity, and other infrastructure.

Moving forward, the park will continue to prioritize new-type industrialization, increase efforts to attract investment, and enhance operational management to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system.
