Wallace's base in Guanshanhu accelerates production

Wallace Burger & Chicken is the largest domestic Western-style fast-food enterprise in China. This enterprise integrates product development, production, and sales, and it is currently striving for a strong start in the first quarter.

To meet market demands, Wallace's baking food production base in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been working tirelessly since the first day of the Lunar New Year, pushing production in order to fulfill orders.

Its vegetable factory, which began operations in October 2023, has shown a continuous increase in production volume, with a planned annual capacity of 2,000 metric tons.

Covering an area of 41 mu (2.73 hectares), Wallace's baking food production base in Guanshanhu received a total investment of 300 million yuan ($41.68 million). The base includes production workshops, research and development workshops, industrial freezers, and office buildings.

Currently, the company's hamburger production workshop can produce 24,000 bread buns per hour, mainly supplying more than 800 stores in Guizhou and Yunnan.

This year, the base will strive to increase its production capacity in order to support the high-quality development of Guanshanhu's special ecological food industry.
