Spanning over 250,000 square meters, the lantern festival and temple fair were organized to welcome the upcoming Spring Festival.

The temple fair opened on Jan 30, and the lanterns were lit on Feb 6, aiming to create a distinctive light carnival for the local residents and visitors.

The lantern festival comprises three major sections with nearly 100 sets of artistic light installations. It includes three sets of lantern king displays, over 25 large-scale displays, and more than 35 medium-sized displays.

Additionally, it features new media installations, light displays, parade floats, and other distinctive artistic lantern displays for visitors to enjoy.

The temple fair brings together 110 representative food and beverage vendors, including a series of well-known Guizhou food brands. It highlights Guizhou New Year goods, and is complemented by cost-effective prices, thus creating a grand market for Guizhou's branded New Year goods.

Throughout the festival and fair, there will be 12 themed stages of different themes, including the country's first immersive light and shadow New Year show. Starting from Feb 7, nearly 48 outstanding performances will be staged daily.
