Guanshanhu district optimizes business environment

Guanshanhu district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been consistently taking measures to improve its business environment and boost the district's high-quality development.

In recent years, the district has been focusing on improving its business environment, further streamlining government functions, delegating power and improving government services.

It introduced a series of policies and measures to effectively enhance the endogenous driving force and injected new momentum into the high-quality development of the district.

In 2022, the Guanshanhu District People's Court established a "green corridor" for dealing with commercial disputes. While optimizing litigation services, case-handling mechanisms and supervision and management, it also sped up the process of filing, delivery, investigation, trial and enforcement.

It also established a professional trial team and enforcement team for cases related to the business environment of enterprises, reducing the time needed to handle cases and strengthening the supervision and management of the whole process so that commercial disputes can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

In addition, the district unveiled policies and measures in 2022, such as "10 Policies and Measures to Accelerate the Development of New-type Industrialization in Guanshanhu District", "Several Measures to Promote Investment in Guanshanhu District" and "10 Measures to Support the High-quality Development of the Private Economy in Guanshanhu District", to continuously optimize the business environment, expand investment and promote the high-quality development of the private economy.

While improving infrastructure, the district also increased financial support. It has set up the Guanshanhu District Industrial Loan Risk Compensation Fund worth 20 million yuan ($2.9 million), which supported a total of 62 projects from 46 enterprises. It has also set up a fund worth 50 million yuan to support the industrial and modern logistic sectors.

The Guiyang Guanshanhu Modern Service Industry Development Venture Capital Fund worth 201 million yuan has also been established.
