Guanshanhu advances construction of standardized factory projects

The standardized factory project of the electronic information manufacturing industrial park in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is currently under construction.

With a total planned construction area of 225,000 square meters, the project will consist of 26 production plants and two R&D buildings, an outdoor water and electricity pipe network, greenery, landscapes and other supporting facilities.

So far, 80 percent of geological exploration work has been completed, the excavation of the basement in some areas has been completed, and 44 percent of the total construction volume of the foundation has been completed.

It is a standardized factory project that Guanshanhu is fully promoting. Since last year, Guanshanhu has given priority to new-type industrialization and continuously improved land resource conservation and utilization.

In 2022, the target task for standard factory building in Guanshanhu is to start construction on 1.1 million sq m and complete the construction of 700,000 sq m.

So far, construction on eight standard workshop projects in the district has started, with an area of 860,000 sq m. A number of major facilities such as a 100,000- metric ton water plant, a 10,000-ton sewage treatment plant, and a 100-kVA substation and municipal public supporting pipe network project have been built.

In the second half of the year, three projects with an area of about 320,000 sq m will be launched.
