Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, held a video meeting with Xiamen Yulongxin Trading Co to discuss the co-construction of a cili (chestnut rose) industrial park on April 12.

The company, which is based in South China's Fujian province, is involved in wine and beverage production and marketing. It will give full play to its strengths and Guizhou's cili industry to establish a cili industrial park in Guiyang.

The industrial park will focus on the planting, production, deep processing and marketing of cili products. With a total investment of about 250 million yuan ($39.24 million), the industrial park will cover an area of about 50 mu (3.33 hectares) and construct 50,000 square meters of standardized factories.

At the meeting, the company introduced its industrial development situation, products and the industrial park to be launched in Guanshanhu, and praised Guanshanhu's business investment.

Luo Yang, Party secretary of Guanshanhu district, said that the district will establish a special work team to help the company sign cooperation agreements, register in the district and start construction on the industrial park.

Luo also hopes the company will share problems of its industrial park project and work with the district to solve them.

Qin Yongkang, head of Guanshanhu district, said that the district and the company should work toward the integrated management of raw material production, factory production and marketing in the future, and take the cooperation as an opportunity to achieve the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in the district.
