Guanshanhu district celebrates Lantern Festival

Guanshanhu district's Huifu community – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently organized various fun cultural activities to celebrate the Lantern Festival, which fell on Feb 15 this year.

The Lantern Festival is widely regarded as a paramount occasion each year for Chinese family reunions.

The community workers invited local residents to eat sweet dumplings, guess riddles on hanging lanterns and make red lanterns.
